importing all my music to itunes worked out ok. it's very easy to use and cheaper than other similar software

As a ipod backup software, it meets all my needs. my friends suggested avcware iphone platinum which supports converting videos and DVDs. i may try it out.
Don't buy it.

None because it takes forever to load. Full of bugs.
Cons
Once it finally loaded, I checked to make sure I had the most recent version. I do. I'm running OS 10.6.5 and it just doesn't work

Nothing, it is worthless.
Cons
It basically has made my iPod useless and the tech support is terrible. I have asked for a refund 7 times and been ignored. Tech support is pathetic.
Summary
After transfering files from my iPod to a second computer it will no longer sync. I tried syncing to the new computer and it fails. I tried to go back and sync to the old computer, same issue. I restored my iPod and the issues are still there and I have an empty iPod. Tech support has been pathetic having solved nothing after 10 emails and ignored 7 requests for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE.
