Detect new e-mails and applies actions like print, backup, delete, reply.

Automatic Email Manager is a software that is capable of monitoring your e-mailbox and automatically detects new e-mails then applies the defined action(s) such as printing e-mail or attachments (can be a FAX, PDF, Word, Excel, Photos, TIFF,...), deleting the e-mails on the server, backup e-mails and attachments on disk, merging in PDF, sending automatic reply or forward e-mail. All this directly to your e-mailbox without any download in your e-mail reader software (like Outlook, Pegasus, Lotus note,...), the software run as a Windows Service and does not need any user interaction to work. Very easy to use you can define rules which change the action(s) according to the e-mail content or attachment or..., for example print to the secretary's printer if e-mail is an order or delete e-mails if e-mail doesn't contain a specific keyword.

Pros
The program is easy to use, but very powerful with plenty of advanced features for those who need it.
Cons
There has been no cons thus far with the software. We use it to extract emails from other systems, convert text to html and execute other applications. It does this flawlessly.
Summary
This is a very solid application and worth every penny. I searched for an app that could do all of the things we needed for weeks and Automatic Email Manager came out on top by a large margin.

Pros
Easy to use, no problems getting it work.
Cons
It's not free. Well in all honesty you get what you pay for. I don't mind paying a reasonable price for a tool this productive

Pros
Time-saving software. Easy to install and use but at the same time highly configurable. Quite reliable, been running for weeks and no problems. Intuitive and modern user interface, especially with the last update. If you're looking for an mail manager software, this is the best you can get.
Cons
Non I can think of.

Pros
Easy install & configuration. Lots of versatility with available filters and functions. Can set to run automatically and in background, keeping it out of the way and preventing it from accidentally being closed/turned off.
Cons
Sometimes interface is a little hard to navigate, but all required functionality is there.
Summary
I have been looking for a program to auto-print incoming orders sent to my e-mail from my online store, and finally came across this program. After fighting for weeks with out-of-date and buggy Thunderbird add-ins and freeware programs, I finally found this! If I would've known about this earlier and known the trouble the free solutions had in store for me, I would've gladly purchase this without a second thought. I have been using for a week and it has been absolutely trouble-free. Does exactly what I need it to do better, quicker, and more reliably than other solutions. It has has enough versatility to work for many different situations.
