Automate XL is a useful and essential Excel utility for those who spends large time on Excel as it removes all limitations of MS Excel with accuracy. It can perform work of many useful Excel add-ins. All characters which are not in use can be removed with a single command. Characters may be numeric, Non-Numeric, Alphabetic, Non-Alphabetic, Alphanumeric, Non alphanumeric, Upper case, Lower case or any other special or user defined characters. To remove formatting from selected cells, this Excel add in has many commands like we can remove font color, cell color, border, hyperlinks and comments. To save space on disk we can remove Empty rows, columns or sheets from a workbook. Due to this data cleaner feature of Automate XL, it is very popular. Because it clean data very quickly and accurately. Like MS word's word count and case changing features, this Excel utility also include same functionalities in it.
