Most important features: Download e-mails from IMAP or POP servers or use directly an Outlook folder. Extract pieces of text from the e-mail body or subject. Text extractions can be based on wildcards, regular expressions or defining the limits of the captured text. Powerful scripting capabilities thanks to C# script support. Insert extracted text in Excel spreadsheet. ODBC, SQL server and MySQL databases are supported. Conditional run of a set of actions. Run external programs to perform operations done by external tools.
