Watch as a Mallee fowl tends its mound. Hear a Whistling Kite calling from the treetops or see a Willie Wagtail flit about. By watching birds such as a Golden Whistler, a Babbler or Fantail using Australian Birds, you can easily see how or why they were named.In addition to the video clip, the app presents details for each bird, including a map of the areas where it can be found. And with more than 100 birds listed, a useful function is the ability to mark and recall favourites.In Australian Birds, all information and video clips are stored in the App which means that you can watch the clips anywhere. No network connection is required when searching or viewing.Filming has taken place all over Australia, from the Kimberley to the Gulf and down through the Channel Country into the Simpson desert.
