Didn't do what I needed it to do.

Summary
My laptop's operating system, Windows 7 RTC, was telling me it needed this driver in order to function properly, and whenever I went into device manager it showed it as not being installed. After finding out that just because I have an ATI video card in my laptop, doesn't mean I needed this driver. Now because something Microsoft sent in a 'necessary' update, I no longer have a legible laptop screen. It must be nice to be able to hide behind a piece of paper while you destroy other people's property. Yes I did reinstall Vista and when 7 was released upgraded to it and the problem persists. Of course searching Microsoft's web site, it says absolutely nothing about correcting this. Keep hiding behind your EULA Microsoft, one day that EULA is going to come back and bite you in the ass.
