AsanDoc for Android

AsanDoc is essentially a combination of the document containing the agreement you are entering by providing a digital signature and the information regarding the digital signature itself. You can add a digital signature to a document in any format as well as to a container of documents.

By adding a digital signature to a document or container an AsanDoc file is created, of which the signature is now an inseparable part. As no alterations can be made to the document(s) after signing, the digital signature confirms the integrity of its content. A digital signature contains information on the signer, validity of the signing certificate used, time of signing, and optional elements like the resolution and location of the signer, etc. An AsanDoc can later be opened to view the document(s) that was signed and the signatures added to it. It can also be stored, shared, e-mailed or printed like a regular document. In the printed version, the information on the signatures appears on a separate sheet.

As digital signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures in Azerbaijan, a secure, easy-to-use platform must be established to provide government institutions, businesses and private persons a tool for giving digital signatures. A downloadable application is available for the AsanDoc service and it can also be integrated with e-services like internet banks and others, as mentioned above.
