The Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) fit app guides you through a 6-week fitness regime designed by THOR3 strength and conditioning coaches for US Army Special Operators. It uses videos and descriptions to direct you through your daily exercise. Used by ARSOF candidates prior to attending a Special Operations Assessment and Selection courses. It will give you the confidence to take your training to the next level.
