Pros
Easy to install and use straight away. Nice useful interface that the non technical user can understand.
Cons
Would like to see a Firefox extension of this tool.
Summary
Allows me to illustrate website speed to my clients and provide them with a tool to monitor their sites. Its often difficult to communicate this issue especially when the client thinks their website is fast for everyone when its fast for them. This add-on will help me educate non technical clients about latency.
