  Summary

  The description does not mention that this is a sophisticated multisheet workbook which utilizes macros, but will only run in MS Excel - it is NOT a standalone program. LibreOffice could open it, but did not recognize the macros, making the workbook useless.Furthermore, the Readme includes a dangerous suggestion to change the macro security setting in Excel to low, which could make a computer vulnerable to malicious macros installed in other workbooks.
