The application allows users to organize emails into customizable folders, including categories like personal, business, and spam. The application also features advanced customization options, such as a smart spam filter that effectively sorts unwanted messages. Users can perform quick searches to locate specific emails and choose from various visual themes to personalize their experience. While Apple Mail integrates well with other email services like Gmail and Yahoo! Mail, it has been noted that the selection of messaging templates is somewhat limited, and some users suggest improvements for the smart folder functionality.
