Now, there is an app to facilitate this proven process!The app allows workshop participants to: - establish organizational goals, - identify supporting workflows,- uncover workflow challenges, - brainstorm app concepts to solve those challenges,- model the financial return and score app concepts,- and generate a roadmap of the 3-5 apps that could transform their business.Use the app during the workshop to develop your plan, and then after the workshop to examine additional workflows. The app produces a PDF roadmap that can be leveraged to justify the cost of your mobile initiatives and to sell your app concepts to key stakeholders.
