AP TEMS for iOS

AP TEMS is Account Payable of Telecom Expense Management System (TEMS) for mobile device . This application processes and approvals invoices, performs auditing and analysis on the data, and then facilitates the payment process. Through A/P Gateway, the system can send the data to Finance system. The system also offers a graphical dashboard to summarize invoices data from different perspectives. The system can send and receive online message .There are 3 Parts of AP TEMS.1. Dashboard List recently 3 months invoices amount, payment amount Summarize and list recently 3 quarters invoices amount, payment amount Summarize the pending short paid amount of dispute.2. Invoice Approval of My Workspace and Backup Workspace View every invoice detail information and invoice history information Download attachment for every invoice Add note for every invoice need to be approved Reject invoice Invoice approved 3.
