  I downloaded the pay version, bought a new modem(that I really didn't need - I already have a voice modem) The phone number appears to be a fax number too but did finally get through to a message machine without any type of message identifying the company- left messages and sent numberous emails without any response. Have requested a refund to no avail! Im sure there must be some better software to refer people!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!! AT ALL...!
