Employees at hospitals that use McKesson's ANSOS One-Staff can enjoy the convenience of viewing work calendars and assignments from an iPhone. With McKesson's ANSOS2Go, employees can view their calendars to quickly see days containing work assignments, and tap a day to view the start and end time, workshift, and area of any assignment. Or, they can view all work assignments in a list format. Plus, managers - and employees with security access - can view Area Schedules, and can call or send any employee in the schedule an email or text message, just by tapping the employee name. In addition, employees at hospitals that use ANSOS One-Staff and Web Scheduler can also submit Work, Time Off, and Available Shift requests. For hospitals using Web Scheduler Versions 3.8 and higher, ANSOS2Go supports Complementary Skills and Time-Off Availability. All of these features are backed by an array of security protections against unwarranted access to personal information. After installing ANSOS2Go, you must contact your hospital's IT department for the URL to access your scheduling information. Until you receive this information and configure ANSOS2Go, you will not be able to connect to your organization's Web Scheduler application. Contact your organization's IT department if you experience connectivity issues within ANSOS2Go as well as issues with your ANSOS2Go username and/or password.
