Pros
this is easy and intuitive to use. I've done all the lessons in the demo - the first few are good for not-too-computer-savvy users - and found that the actual lessons are clear and easy to use.
Cons
The electronically generated voice is sometimes hard to understand, but there is a written script to read and an info field that identifies keystrokes.
