• Very hard to dealing with. Negative experience.

  Pros

  XML Spy 2013 was doing to some degree what we were expecting from it. We wanted to test the main feature we were looking the product to be used, but the feature was greyed out and the message requested us to look for some additional part of the product. When contacting tech support never received a answer. Meanwhile our trial license expired. :( We contacted sales - but no results. We tried to simple reinstall it - the message was - no license for us...haha... We are not dealing with this product and company anymore. Will find another place to bring our business. not a good experience....

  Altova software is buggy, overpriced, overrated, loaded with useless features that add more bugs, propietary code, never ending useless junk any 5 star reviews here are from altova employees or reps!

  the interface is nice but that's it. Bad software in a good package

  the code written is very sloppy and horrible in a real world. No programmer in their right mind would use it.

  Pros

  What a breeze it was to use this software. I was really surprised to learn how fast I could get up to speed especially thanks to the great documentation, online videos, and free online training they offer! I really enjoy using this product and cannot do without it anymore! It's awesome! I had a need to get the xml files we were receiving into a readable format for everyone to understand and StyleVision solved the problem for me.
