Pros
Your software's interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. In several minutes I transfered virtually all data from an iPhone 5s to my PC, including 5 long movies, 87 musics, 576 pictures and about 45 ringtones. I like it.

Pros
This useful product makes it easy to import the latest movies and ringtones to my family's iPhone 5 and iPad mini 2 so as to enjoy them anytime and anywhere. My wife really fond of its edit abilities which helps create the best video with her own style.
Cons
Hope to have the backup function.

Pros
I used this software to copy several songs and home videos from my iPhone4S to PC, this software helped me a lot. Files are exported without any loss. And its ringtone making function surprised me a little. I thought it was just a normal transferring software, so that function seemed like a gift. I trimmed a clip from Safe and Sound, my favorite. I like it.
Cons
It would be much cooler if I could use the software to transfer PDF and ePub files to computer. I hope you can work on that.

Pros
I bought it to backup my iPhone files to my computer, it works perfectly. What a surprise to me. It also owns the functions to rip DVD, convert videos and audios to iPhone, iPad or iPod, and even make iPhone ringtone. I try to copy all my iPod songs to my iPhone directly by using this transfer, it did a great job!

It works perfectly with iOS 5! I bought it one year's ago, but it crashed, when I set it up again with the new iTunes and iOS5 on my iPhone, so I contacted the support, they gave me a link to download the new version from their official website freely, now it works perfectly with my iPhone again. Nice program with the nice tech support!

It works perfectly with my iPhone. It can not only transfer files between iPhone and computer, but also convert videos and audios to iPhone, even make iPhone ringtone. Also it has the function of transferring files between devices, this function is quite useful, I do not have to import my iPhone files to computer firstly, then load them to my friend's iPhone. Save my a lot of time.
