Works most of the time, a few hiccups...

Pros
Seems to work effectively for me.
Cons
Some slight delay when streaming to multiple devices. The AirPlayer machine is always 50-200ms behind the rest of the devices, so there's an audible lag when walking between rooms playing music.
Summary
It works just fine on my old Core Duo Mac mini.

Great idea if it worked.
Cons
Could not get it to work. It showed up as a choice on the ipad, iPhone. but could not get any thing to play.
