Airplane seats are built for safety, not for comfort. The seats fatigue the back by eliminating lumbar/low back support and the headrests actually push the head forward eliminating the natural curve in your neck. This AIRPLANE YOGA app consists of a door-to-door program to make flying more Zen-like. It contains a series of 24 simple, but effective sitting and standing yoga poses to do on an airplane. Each of the 18 seated and 9 standing poses are beautifully illustrated and contain both text descriptions as well as audio recordings of how to enter into each pose. Additionally, 13 of the 24 poses are demonstrated in short video clips.
