Nearly worthless if at a busy retail store.

Pros
Good for wholesalers or distributors selling only to dealers.
Cons
Slow, does not accept common middle names, acts more like a beta than the 5th actual release version. Customer service is severely lacking.
Summary
I would not recommend this software for anyone besides a distributor or a very, very low volume dealer. If I could rate this at negative stars I would.

Pros
AIMI eBOOK lite was the perfect solution for our companies needs. It changed the way we do business and the way the Government reviewed our records. It cut our inspection time in half. Organized our whole business and make our customer transaction faster. Wonderful product, should be product of the year.
