You can't find a better program for file organization and cataloging.

Pros
I tried a lot of cataloging programs before finding this one, and for my purposes at least, nothing came close to this program in terms of the powerful options it offers for sorting and finding files and locating duplicates. You also have full control over files from within the software (you can copy, move, delete, etc.) The developer is also very responsive to suggestions you may have for improving the software. Be sure to get the latest version of the software. If you do a lot of work with cataloging and/or file organization, be sure to get the pro version, as it adds a lot of useful features not found in the non-pro version (well worth the few extra $ in my opinion).
Cons
Can't say that I can think of any. When it comes to my needs for cataloging software, this program is top notch.
