Pros
They won't bother you with returning phone calls or solving their problems.
Cons
I would never do business with this company again. When they make mistakes, they don't seem to have time to fix them. This leaves you without any service. Swiching to Merchant Warehouse is one of the worst business decisions I ever made
Summary
Stay as far away from these people as possible. They may have a track record, but I'm sure it is littered with really angry former customers.

Pros
Free download. They will match or beat any rate or will give you $100 gift card. All you need is a merchant account, no need for a 3rd party gateway like Authorize.net so you save money cause there is no transaction fee.
Cons
I wish they came out with this sooner! I had a knucklebuster for the past 3 years and this would have been pretty useful.
Summary
I downloaded all the availble apps out there for the iPhone and this was by far the best package. This was a free download unlike some others that were $30 and $50 and not as good. Besides getting really good rates I like the customer service there too. I think it's key that the app was made by Merchant Warehouse and they also provide the merchant account. This enables you to just call one place for tech support/customer services. Most of the other apps are third party apps and you have different people to call for different stuff which is tough since most of them are one man shops and don't have time to support anyone. The other big thing is the no gateway fee so that saves you about $20/month right there. Give this app a try, you'll love it.
