  Pros

  Appears to be a respectable program. Good content of help (20 pages), supports dictionary based and 2 level of brute force attack.

  Cons

  Extremely limited free trial capability (30 minutes & first 2 characters of the PW) No better results with the purchased version. It took over 5 hours (using a single core CPU XP Pro) to reach:"sorry, we didn't find the password". Explored many scenarios that I did not even bother to start since there predicted running time would have reached many hours, days or even months with no guarantee of any positive result.

  Summary

  Not a bad program but a wasted investment and a lot of frustration. I wish I had read the previous review (writen12/5/2012) before acquiring the paid version and take the advice and excellent suggestion of the reviewer: "use the cloud computing services www.password-find.com " I used their service and the forgotten password was removed from my locked document in less than 3 minutes at half the cost.

  Password protected a simple word 2003 doc. this thing told me it was not password protected, but the word doc says it is. Don't waste your time or money
