This innovative and very unique app is capable of sensing and measuring frequencies of alternating currents and EMF directly, like a conventional frequency counter. No need for external hardware, What can it do? Measure a frequency of an alternating current and EMF very precisely (+/-0.1Hz) Locating alternating fields The AC Frequency Counter has a working range of 10Hz to approximately 200Hz with currents starting from below 250mA. You will be amazed how well it works given the limited hardware.By just placing it next to a wire or holding it close to equipment, it will pick up the alternating field and analyzes it to determine the frequency.
