Excellent for freeware!

Pros
Works similar to expensive paid programs. Fast to set up. Seems to work in any program. Easy to use and visually pleasing interface. It's FREE!
Cons
Only thing I've seen thus far is that I was not able to export my autocorrects to back up what I had entered to date. I needed to reinstall recently, (lost my database when I had to reinstall windows recently) but that could be a user error and nothing wrong with the program, I'm still new to using it.
Summary
I have been using WordExpander for about a month now with a new transcription job and I find it to work extremely well. I have not had any issues thus far. I find it to work just as well if not better than some of the more "popular" expanders out there that cost $150-$200! Definitely has been invaluable to me in my transcription job. It's easy to enter new words/phrases and the pop-up menu for similar expansions is easy and quick to use - I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that does not want to spend a LOT of money on other programs. So far, it seems to be doing exactly what I want it to do.
