Editors' Review

In the age of Web video, why limit yourself to screensavers that simply flip through static images? This software helps take digital video on your hard drive and turn it into a screensaver that can be used immediately or distributed to others. However, limited features make it hard to recommend this download over other similar tools. Separate video files can't be packed into a single screensaver installation file. It supports only AVI, MPEG, and WMV video formats, and can't make screensavers with trial restrictions attached. The wizard-based interface works well, if inelegantly. Overall, the software is adequate for home use, but anyone who wants to create and distribute screensavers to others would be better served by a more powerful program.
