  Pros

  Works OK after you spend days and weeks installing it.

  Cons

  I've been in IT for over 30 years. This is the most user unfriendly software I've ever used. Expect a crash from time to time then 3 hours with support to fix it. There are several more modern systems out there that are much easier to deal with. We just made a poor choice with this one. Not the most intelligent support around.

  Summary

  It took us almost 2 weeks to get the software installed and working. Then about once a month it crashes and we spend hours with support getting it fixed. Thankfully we still maintain a card system for redundancy although we shouldn't have to.

  Anyone can use it, full featured administration, very cost effective.

  Cons

  That more 3rd party apps. aren't compatible with it

  Summary

  Their pricing is scaled to the size of the company, and they have been in business a long time. GREAT VALUE!

  Pros

  None. Have been waiting since August 2008 for software to work as designed.

  Cons

  The people are unfriendly, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. They are unwilling to help with even the simplest of issues. Asking questions are met with resistance. They are reluctant to admit that the software does not work as intended.

  Summary

  Piece of junk written as an afterthought. No thought to software use or privacy laws. Must log ALL USERS (let me repeat- must log ALL USERS) out for even simple maintenance tasks.
