For me, there were no pros.
Cons
Much of the product was just a database of general questions. Written communications with the company referred to it as "IdeaFisher on Steroids" and an upgrade, however, it turned out that it was not an IdeaFisher upgrade and it did not provide the word generations categorized as they had been in IdeaFisher. (It now seems the company IS marketing IdeaFisher.)
Summary
I bought ThoughtOffice with a money-back guarantee. The product was not significantly useful to me, so I immediately asked for a refund and the company replied (via e-mail) indicating they would process a refund. When I followed up on the status of the refund, they stalled, first saying they'd been busy and then saying they were waiting for funds to come in. Many months and e-mails later, I had not received the refund. The company rep that shipped the product from the company to me had actually posted a positive online review of the product without disclosure of his position within the company. Ultimately, I followed up again through e-mail and also tried to reach a company rep via social media, and did not receive a reply. I can provide documentation to support this review.
