Pros
Start menu works fast, lots of options. Does disable the charms bar (works for me). Lets you have the taskbar when you are in the new Windows 8 start screen - which is awesome. Using 'RetroUI version 2.3'
Cons
Not free, but better options than the free ones and no ads like some of them.
Summary
Would highly recommend to anyone who wants their Windows 8 PC to act a little more like Windows 7.
Disappointing.

Pros
Easy to install, easy Configuration.
Cons
I bought Thinix RetroUI (NOT THE PRO). Takes half a minute until the software passes you to desktop. not worth it (in my opinion). I recommend StartMenu8
