fully web-based, no need to install any software to run. voice and video quality pretty solid on 3G connection while on the road

Fully web based with no installation. Compatible with most of low and high end accessories (web cam, headset, mic, PC) due to multiple platform advantage of Flash and Java. Suitable for any personal or corporate use.
Cons
Need subscription but it's really cheap and free to trial.

Pros
No software needed. Just login to their website. Very user friendly and cost effective. Invite attendees via email to set up a meeting and you're good to go. No longer have to see my client/colleague outside for a meeting and speedy response from support team! Bravo
Cons
Doesnt support iphone/ipad for now but when I emailed and replied it should be release by end of Q1 2013
