The program's interface is easy to understand, even if you've never encountered Sri Lankan radio before. There are nearly 30 different stations to choose from, ranging from rock, pop, talk, and even soap operas, all coming from Sri Lanka. Each station is represented by its logo and name, and you need only to click on your choice listen to it. It's disappointing that there are no descriptions of the different stations' format, but listening to each quickly reveals its style. The sound is clear, and the connection never stuttered. The program had no special features, which was also disappointing. We would have enjoyed having more control over the audio than simply the volume, but it didn't negatively affect the overall experience. This free player is a great way to leap into Sri Lanka's vibrant radio world with absolutely no experience.
