To use it, place it in your HOME/Library/Screen Savers or /Library/Screen Savers folder and it will become available in your "Desktop & Screen Saver" pane of your System Preferences. The speed at which the logo rotates is adjustable.

Too bad it isn't compatible with MacOS 10.8.2
Summary
I can't slam the screensaver for earlier versions of the MacOS, but it wasn't compatible with 10.8.2.
