Sound Pad is a full-featured sound wave editor for Windows 95. It features full undo and redo of changes to the sound; import of AIFF, VOC, AU, RAW, and other formats; and live display of a recording wave image. It is compatible with Windows 95 Audio Compression Manager (ACM). Paste and mix effects automatically, and take advantage of ACM and format conversion. Sound Pad also allows full editing of compressed sound formats, separate editing of stereo channels, and more.

after spending 2 minutes telling it not to reassociate any of my file types, i discovered it would only record 80 seconds of me attempting to sing. not worth my time.

A sound utility is good only if it's stable. If the program can do all kinds of neat things, but doesn't stay open for very long, it's no good at all. What good are features when the program crashes before you can use them?

If your looking for a program to record,create or reproduce your music files then this is not the right program for you but if your looking for a low space easy operational wav analizer with a simple interface and can playback quality sound with instant loop function and amazing edit features then this is the bomb my friend.Don't be lazy,create your music in your studio with quality audio equipment but edit your loops and samples with this.I can't ask this program for anything more......besides,it freaking free......1
