Some of the playlists repeat after a while, but you'll usually get at least two to three hours of new music. Unlike other apps, there are no ads during the music, even if you're not paying for the service. If you do pay, it costs $1 a week and unlocks more skips. You only get six options to skip a song by default, which is fairly competitive.

If nothing else, the app seems worth using just for the ad-free music. It doesn't hurt that Songza for Android behaves like a really solid DJ that will open your world to a slew of new artists and old classics you might have missed, too.
