• Worth every Penny!!!

  Pros

  Covers everything from customer preventative and corrective actions to vendor/supplier corrective actions and everything in between. We have several SBS products and will keep using them for years to come. When we get audited for ISO, even the auditors are impressed with the products from SBS which says a lot!

  It covers a lot of the ISO 9000 basic requirements in one place

  It is pretty ugly and very, very basic. I would expect a competent Access programmer to be able to build something like this from scratch in less than a week, and to have a much more pleasing interface and navigation system.

  Up and Coming Company needed a CAR / PAR System. WE GOT IT. In addition to a Safety Audit System AND an Internal Audit System AND more ways to GENERATE REPORTS than we could have imagined available.

  Pros

  This product is very flexible and has come with a lot of support from SBS. We are a consigned manufacturer and this is the only system that we came across that let us do everything that we wanted and was affordable. It has tied in with their other modules that they offer to give us an almost complete ISO compliant system.
