  don't buy unless you only need it to work once!

  Yes very poor services after you give them money. Many attempts via email to contact them without response. I then sent a email from a different account and asked if I could get a discount on 4 licenses, well guess what, they answered right away. Proved to me they are only concerned about Making money not supporting product. After months of me sending daily emails they final responded with their best guess's why the reg code would not work. Strange requests but I attempted anyways to no avail. I assumed they were toying with me. Well it turns out that there final response was "IT WORKED ONCE" so we are good. Steer clear of this product unless you only need it to work once.

• BEWARE the License

  Pros

  First, I like this product as it allows full access to all the EXIF data and allows you to edit, export, import. All easy to use and understand

  Cons

  When they say the license is good for ONE machine they mean ONE machine. If your Hard Drive crashes you can't move the license to a new hard drive.... or if you upgrade to a newer computer you can't move the license to the new computer.

  Summary

  Great product.... horrible and expensive License. Think twice before you buy.

  Like most Opanda products, the software is basic but it does what it says it will do.

  Cons

  I refused to purchase this software after a previous bad experiance with Digital Film. Having lost my money on that product, I refused to pay for this one. Opanda products tend to be basic but do work but customer service is lousy.

  Summary

  DO NOT BUY ! I lost money on another Opanda product because they refused to resupply my registration details after an accident. Furthermore, they refuse to answer any emails or respond in any way. As a result I have lost all faith in Opanda. Opanda products tend to be very basic but do work. This product is no different and I am sure that the paid for version will do what most people want. If you buy it just pray that you never need help or lose your registration details as I did. My very strong recommendation is to use Opanda's free software by all means but NEVER GIVE THEM MONEY!

• Excellent - Best I've Used

  Pros

  I downloaded about four programs trying to create, copy and edit exif info, this was by far the best one that I used, and was finished in minutes.

  Cons

  For some reason didn't save one lot of exif info the first time. Worked fine when I tried again though.
