Plus 1D is a bar nesting optimization software, which helps reduce the waste in cutting any 1D (linear) material like pipes, bars, cables, tubes, channels, frames, etc. The optimizer automatically generates the optimum cutting plans once the part list and the available stock length have been entered. It has a simple user interface and you get the optimized result, with detailed reports at the click of a button. You can import data from various sources (CSV files, text files) and use units as mm, inches, or fractional inches.
