HORRIBLE! Don't waste your time or money

Everything. The only thing that worked was the download. .
Summary
It wouldn't detect my phone. Read in their FAQ and tried all of their "fixes"...they didn't work. Also read where they "can't guarantee a fix"...which is ridiculous when you're charging someone. Reached out to their customer service team and never heard back

Allows you to do things itunes does not, example, transfering data from your device to another device, computer, ect... I have not yet tried all the features yet (there are allot of things you can do), but everything I have tried works seamless. I can't believe it is free, I would have paid for it happily. I have tried quite a few of these types of programs and they usually tell you it is free but when you get to it there is a catch, I have not run into that with this. I don't expect developers not to charge, they have to earn a living and deserve to be paid. I just thoroughly dislike when they use deceptive practices. All in all this is a really well put together program.
Cons
Really could not find anything that I did not like. I would like to see the editing feature added but for a free program I just can't say anything negative.

It's quick, easy and immediate. No sooner did I upload the songs from my iphone to my PC, I quickly inputted them into my itunes.....and it worked! I'm really pleased.
Cons
I couldn't get the songs to upload to my itunes directly. The program would crash and the whole program would close. The helpdesk requires that you have Outlook and there should be a regular e-mail address for users to access to contact iMobie Technical Support straight away.
Summary
If this works out and there are no spyware, scams or viruses, then I would absolutely recommend Phonetrans Pro to all users that have lost their songs on their PC and only have their songs on their iphones. I wish you all the best iMobie. Please stay true, so that your business can continue to grow and prosper!!

Pros
1.Intuitive 2.Invaluable in updating old iPhone4 to IOS 7. iTunes will destroy all non purchased material during the required back/restoration process. PTP allowed me to save my music on the PC and then return it to the updated iPhone.
Cons
I wish PTP would stop urging me to send feedback after every task. I paid for the product, so they should not have to beg!

1. The SPEED is Amazingly FAST! 2. I registered the full copy(v3.3.9) and now it almost sets me free from iTunes. 3. Some hidden features like Wifi, iPhone Video Converter, support transferring play counts, etc.
Cons
For some bonus functions, they may be not at your fingertips. Rather, you need to discover.
