If you want the online version, use this. If not, then don't bother downloading.

Pros
OpenEMR has many pros such as EMR/EHR, e-billing, prescribing, in-house pharmacy, scheduling, customizable, can add/remove things as you please, document repository! Easy to backup. It saves you money, no need to spends $10,000 initial captal.
Cons
You may need some support to make customizations to the program if you need to.
Summary
Overall, OpenEMR exceeded expectations and is an easy and powerful EMR system. Many of the features within it I wouldn't expect from a free product. Contacting EHR Live and having them make customizations and adding services such as offsite backups was very easy and a pleasure to deal with. Thank You EHR Live.
