  I love the program. It is by far the best one I have ever used. I take great care to move all of the software components when I get a new computer, knowing that this particular program cannot be found anywhere online.

  Then comes the STING.

  After purchasing the product I have not received the paid version yet and am stuck using the trial. Suppport is non-existent. There is no phone and emails to support are not answered at all. After awhile you find out that the program is buggy and crashes frequently. What a SCAM. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

  I bought this program 2 years ago and had problems with installing the full version from the start. No reply to emails and after several attemps at at phoning the company in the States finally managed to get through and the problem was fixed. The programme is easy to use and produces great banners and buttons, however it does tend to lock and crash in Vista which is very annoying. After having a hard drive crash trying to reinstall the programme will only let you install the trial version. On trying to contact Net Studio, the Phone Support has been discontinued. emails are not answered and when I logged in with my account details, was informed there was no record of my account and purchase. Dispite numerous emails and Ticket submissions to the company support department there has been no response. Support Links on their website are broken but always take you back to the purchase page inviting you to purchase again. The Programme works until you have a problem then you are on your own and it appears that the only way to get the programme back is to purchase again as the support doesn't exist, despite reasurances that replies are within 24hours. I've since looked at similar reviews on this programme and found exactly the same problem with support. I've given this a one star rating but it should be a minus, as in a nutshell there is no support from this company and my advice based on my dealings would be not to purchase this programme

  I first started using Netstudio 1.0 in 1999. It was a great quick easy to use software for graphics. Has lots of potential. I did use the latest version and like the software very much. EXCEPT: It will freeze up in Windows Vista!

  Cons

  This new company will collect your money and give you the software, but from that point on, your on your own! Phone numbers disconnected, no replys from emails.

  As for as the ease of use of this software, I give it 5 stars. BUT since there isnt anyone around to help you if you have a issue, not even email, I give this software a 1 star rating. Actually it should be a -(minus)5 star rating. You see after the EASY install of this software to my Windows Vista Machine the software would start "locking up" and freeze my entire computer. So I decided to try a uninstall and then reinstall it again and when I went to place my valid software license code, the software tells me a new code must be generated with out giving any clues to where to go to generate the new license. 8>( So now I spent $99 for the software and cant load Netstudio Easy Web Graphics. To sum it up nice quick and easy way to work with any kind of graphics, its the perfect little hammer when you dont need a sledge hammer like PhotoShop. I really do like the software. However giving me NO RECOURSE to getting my money back or what I really want is a life time license I can use should I need to restore the software, well this is border line THEFT. Now have nothing to show for my $99. Be VERY CAREFUL dealing with this people.

  Difficult download and install process. No support. Don't return calls. Can't get through on phone. Cant submit a support enquiry !!! Set up 'My Account' when ordering but now 'My Account' has disappeared from their website.

  Cons

  I was looking for a program that was easier to use and performed a specific function better than PSP or Photoshop but was unable to get beyond the demo's limitations. If it worked I would have purchased it but had no way of knowing since I could not save the image.
