The invoice body has 7 columns, including Date of Service, Description, Total Fee (editable within invoice), CoPay (editable within invoice), Insurance Reim (editable within invoice), Ins Contract Adjust (editable within invoice), and Balance - Patient Responsibility (auto-calculated with Excel formulas, equal to Total Fee - CoPay - Insurance Reim - Ins Contract Adjust.The medical invoice template also includes a section for you to detail and print payment information.
