  Don't know. The free trial only told me what I already knew.

  It did not demonstate anything. How do we know it will work after I pay for it. If it is worthy then people will buy it. But with this it isn't even worth downloading. A waste of time and space. left a bad taste.....

  The demo showed the thumbnails of my lost photos and I got so excited. I ordered right away. Used the software and could not even see the thumbnails of my photos nor could I preview them. Called the customer service who told me I could send it in for $175 less the $30 I spent on the software to see if they could recover my images. There is no guarantee or money back. I did not see a place on the demo where it said just because you see the thumbnail here does not mean we can recover the actual images. I'm not very happyy and my daughter is disappointed. TRY another company with a guarantee!!

  Found all of my accidentally deleted files from a 160gb hard drive. Pictures, emails, Excel spreadsheets were all saved! Worked quickly, I was amazed at how much faster it was than other programs.

  Product activation, but I've never seen an easy solution.

  MediaRECOVER quickly found all of my lost wedding pictures. It was much faster than others that I tried. Simple and effective. Less expensive than others.

  I purchased the MediaRecover Pro online after using a demo. The product simply did not work on 2 corrupted hard drives. I eventually spent another $50 and bought a different image recovery program, which recovered over 3000 images. <p> <p>What is worse is that when I asked the company for a refund, since the product (1) did not work on the corrupted drives and (2) failed to recover numerous images a competing company's product was able to recover, they flatly refused to issue a refund. <p> <p>Despite my explanations, the customer service was arrogant, rude, and refused to accept any explanation, relying on a simple incantation that they dont issue refunds. <p> <p>When a product doesnt work and the company refuses to stand behind their product, BUYER BEWARE! I would never recommend this product to any friends.. enemies? maybe.

  I attempted to use this software multiple times on my machine. Although it appeared to recover plenty of files that I had deleted, EVERY time I was looking through them, it froze Windows on me.
