  Pros

  Not analysed it enough yet but looks good - seems to address the main MS Business Contact Manager shortcomings, and add a wealth of additional functionality.

  Cons

  You get a long list of items (tables actually) in the contacts pane, but this is only a cosmetic problem. No longer being actively developed? No other cons yet, but early days.

  Summary

  Just wanted to say that I have no problems moving companies between groups. First create your companies, then create groups, then link the two together. To move them delete the *links* and create links to a new group. Maybe the above user tried to drag and drop or delete the group. In the latter case referential integrity rules probably ensure that the cos are deleted.

  Pros

  I have the free program. It has been very useful and usable for me. Enabled me to organize and keep track of my contacts, keep notes, maintain order. I group companies into categories, take notes, link docs and emails. Works for me.

  Cons

  Somewhat cumbersome. Took time to learn, some things r still a mystery.Most seriously, how to remove a company from one group to put into another without its disappearing entirely and being unable to locate the delete folder. Inadequate tutorial.

  Summary

  Generally valuable and very useful also, great that it is an Outlook add-on so don't have to jump back and forth between CRM and email. As mentioned, i have the free program so maybe i have no right to complain. However, being unable to move companies from one group to another (such as from the group i am working on to the group of completed accounts) is a drag, Not being able to find the delete folder to retrieve the company information that was thereby deleted is serious. And not finding answers to these issues in the tutorial is frustrating to say the least. Nonetheless i definitely recommend this program. Given the limitations listed, the free, single user program is working well for me and has made a huge difference in my business' organization.
