  Pros

  I was able to quickly convert my .msi package to a .exe installer using this program.

  Cons

  Avira AntiVir detected the virus "TR/Dropper.Gen" in the generated .exe installer, I expect this is a false positive. Because of this, I could not put this .exe on softpedia.com, but cnet.com had no problems with it.
