Life Photo Maker enables users to animate their photos by adding music, weather, and water effects. Though we would have liked to see more slideshow options, the program was simple and fun to use.

The program's clean and attractive interface makes it easy to get started with your project. Choose the New option and the program will direct you. It is not a traditional image-manipulating program, and its effects would be best enjoyed onscreen. The program allows you to add water and snow effects to your photos, as well as add sound for background music and animated screensavers. Users also have the ability to use some of the built-in masks, which vary the degree of distortion that the water effects cause. Other masks are available, but require an upgrade and payment for the Pro version. Effects are added to your images by applying masks to them, or by using the Drawing Tool. Users unfamiliar with photo editing software might not understand how masks are used, but the program's Help file describes how they work. We wished that the program had a way to create a slideshow using several images to which the user could apply various effects and weather, but that did not appear to be an option.

The program installs and runs efficiently, but it will install a shortcut on your desktop. Overall, we think that the program was designed to be simple, and with a variety of effects to choose from, users of all skill levels will find have fun using the program.

Makes beautiful pics, lakes, waterfalls, underwater...

Fun to use, no download problems. I use it on photos, paintings. Looks great with waterfalls, underwater pics, lakes and ocean pics. See samples on my photobucket page (Jimmy Limo). Fun to stick these pics as motion .gif's on the bottom of emails...

Couldnt Find Anything. Wouldnt Come Up From The Very Start, Finally Got It Up and It Wouldnt Load Anything. Crap, dont waste your time.

Nothing. Not enough leverage to see how the program performs to capacity.

Does not let you try to create without having to upgrade. Should allow at least a trial period on all the features. Even I like to test drive a vehicle before I buy it.

You have this very annoying way of saying that software is free when it is not. It will allow you to make a very limited effect and when you save to file it has this very OBNOXIOUS word all over the file saying "LIFE PHOTO MAKER"

Please do not post software and state it is free when it is not!!!!!! I have also noticed that when a there is criticism you do not like to add the post ?????

Life Photo Maker allows you to add visual and sound effects to your digital photos. You can easily add water effect such as waterfall, beach, lake by drawing a water mask on your photo. You can apply up to 6 different water effects in single photo. You can also add snow and rain effect to your photo as well as sound effects up to 8 channels. Once visual and sound effects have been added, you can save it as screensavers, videos (AVI), or animated GIFs so you can easily share with your friends or family.
