  Pros

  I reviewed 5 programs and found the Landlord Report to be the best in functionality and cost. Easy to install and setup, user friendly and very intuitive. Learning curve is short.

  Cons

  A lot of buttons, options and functionality, user manual is online and support is Monday thru Friday.

  Overall the software works and is nice tool for me.

  Pros

  Not complicated, self explanatory. Manage your own properties and or other peoples properties. Run reports by Tenants, Properties, Property Units or Property Owner. More Reports then the other programs i've tried.

  started with the free trial, entered by properties and tenants, i realize the software was the one. I recommend it.

  Pros

  I love this program, i can track my properties and tenants. I can print tenant statements, day notices, lease agreements and eviction forms. Its very simple to use and the learning curve is short. wonderful, I should have bought it years ago.

  A crazy quilt of half done features. No consistency in how anything works. When you delete some things, everything gets deleted. When you delete other things, all kinds of stragglers left in your data. No way to know what is going to happem, just have to do it and hope. Virtually no user guide and zero I mean zero support. No replies of any kind to any request for information. After working with this thing for two weeks we gave up and went back to using spreadsheets. And to make matters worse, they continually spam your email will all kinds of pointless offers even after you "unsubscribe". I am a software engineer by profession, if I wrote something this bad I would be out of work not to mention ashamed.

  cheap TO START WITH BUT LOOK OUT LATER. T

  You are not buying software in the normal sense. Unless you purchase their "update" each year, your software will freeze up and you may not be able to retrieve your data without paying them again. Almost from the very first day after installation, you will be bombarded with 1-6 emails every day wanting to sell you something else. The product is quirky in that the work screen will shrink down to a barely visible size, if you use the Bill Ahead in Postings, it will re-post the rent amount again every time you open the software. Unless you have a programmer on your staff, forget about altering any of the forms. Help staff are curt and often fail to understand basic English.

  Summary

  There is absolutely nothing exceptional about this product or company other than just another scam. WATCH OUT !! Do not be fooled with the low price. Just a test ....... read thru their website and see how long it takes you to discover that your software purchase is only good for a calendar year. As of this date, it is well buried ......... I am sure that it is purely by mistake ......... and if you believe that ......... well you know the rest.

  I have 225 units. I have been using Landlord Report for about 3 years now and I recommend it. Any one who owns property with Tenants should be using the software. I love it.
