  To print an amortization schedule, you are required to register. That did not seem like a lot to ask. So I went to their web site to register. Big Problem. No place to register exists on their website.

  Summary

  If all you want to do is see the results of an amortized loan quickly, this is the program for you. If you want a print out - Look elsewhere.

  Not sure what the complaints are for. The program is lacking features but you can't beat free. To print, all you need to do is register. If you want more features, let the moths out of your wallets.

  A simple yet very thourough amortization program! It does PRINT, as someone else said in his review - you just need to register the program which is free. The only feature it doesn't have that I wish it did, is the ability to save to disk or within the program, each schedule that you ran. I can only compare it to commercial amortization programs, I've ran at work, and it compares well with those. I would recommend it highly!

  To enable printing, all you have to do is register the program. It's free to register.

  Beware - there is no print feature. Overall, this is OK for a very basic loan amortization program. However, you cannot enter a desired payment amount and let it calculate the term or rate - it only works if you know term, principal and rate.
