How it works
Kudo Coach monitors your heart rate or power for each training session and calculates a Training Load. The Training Load is a combination of the session's duration and intensity, which gives us a better idea of the training stress your body has experienced.
A weekly training plan is then built based on your recent weekly Training Load. The training plan is broken down using Periodisation which is a tried and tested training technique used to break down your plan into periods. Each period is designed to prepare you for the next training period , and ultimately your event.
