Summary
I've evaluated Foglight/Spotlight from Quest, Microsoft Operations Manager, Monitor Magic, and others...this one was by far the easiest monitoring solution available for the best price. If you need uptime stats and proactive alerts, this is the tool for you without much of an up-front cost. You'll find comparable products that will range anywhere from $200 to $400 per _processor_. INM will monitor 100 devices for well under $1000. Easy to use, easy to configure. Support is great, and they listen to you when the customers suggest program enhancements. Reporting could be a little better, but this is offset by price, stability and support offered by Intellipool. Can't say enough good things about this product.
